In February 2022 I came up with the idea to put together a "Career Week" for my 5th grade scholars. I felt that it was important for them to start thinking of their future and start having ideas of what they would want to be when they were all "grown up." I was able to come up with a great group of individuals from varying walks of life - some with degrees and some without. The kids got a great deal of information from each of these individuals, and I was so impressed with the questions and the respect that they showed each person for giving up their time.
