Technology can enhance the learning experience by providing students with access to a wealth of online resources and interactive learning tools. Additionally, technology allows for personalized learning, enabling educators to tailor their teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of their students.

​As an administrator, I would want my staff to be knowledgeable about the technology that they use, or that they have at their disposal. Additionally, I would want to make sure that any technology that the school has is up to date. Lastly, I would attempt to have our educators be on the receiving end of any pilot programs available for new technology that could help educators bring subjects to life and the material more accessible for all.
